Credit points for teaching activity can be earned in the third semester of the doctoral education at the earliest; up to 3 credits can be earned in total. A maximum of 1 teaching credit can be obtained in a semester. The credits will be certified by the secretary of the doctoral school on the basis of the written certification issued by the head of the organisational unit responsible for the given teaching module or the person in the unit responsible for education matters. The formal requirements of certifications are determined by the doctoral schools.
During the entire education up to 6 credits may be earned for conference presentations and posters. The credit points for conference presentations will be awarded by the secretary of the doctoral committee, after the doctoral student has signed up for the subject entitled “Medical Sciences_Conference I” through “Medical Sciences_Conference VI” (as relevant), and submitted the request (the template can be downloaded from the website) approved by the head of the competent doctoral school. The request should also include the documentation of the conference, revealing the details of the conference and the nature of the presentation.
Altogether 4 credit points may be earned for participating in the supervision of the work done by a student working on their thesis or TDK (Student Competition) paper. The credit points will be awarded by the secretary of the doctoral committee, after the doctoral student has signed up for the subject entitled “Medical Sciences_Supervision” and/or “Medical Sciences_Co-Supervision”, and submitted the request (the template can be downloaded from the website) attested by the supervisor of the doctoral student. The request should also include the completed thesis and/or the attestation of the TDK presentation or competition project. (One supervised student may only be counted once, even if they have written both a thesis and a competition project.)
